September is Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month around the globe. In Australia and New Zealand, 8,150 women are diagnosed with one of the seven gynaecological cancers every year. Despite their prevalence, there is a lack of knowledge and a lack of funding surrounding these diseases.

On World GO (Gynaecological Oncology) Day, which is being led by ESGO (European Society of Gynaecological Oncology) on Wednesday 20 September, ANZGOG’s WomenCan are hosting a free Learn & Learn public webinar: Gynaecological Cancer; Myths and Facts

This session aims to dispel persistent myths and present factual insights regarding gynaecological cancers, featuring insights from expert Gynaecological Oncologist Professor Alison Brand AM, a past Chair of ANZGOG, plus Jacinta Frawley and Karen Livingstone AM, both gynaecological cancer advocates who will provide a lived experience perspective.

Join us for a free webinar to learn more about gynaecological cancers.
